I detest brownies, but a friend of mine who loves to bake says to transfer the brownies into a tupperware type dish and put a smaller dish of water in there with them. Put a lid on it and the next day the brownies will still be moist and chewy.
Dirty Hipster, tell us about the McCartney concert when you check in. Unfortunately, it seemed to still be drizzling last night. There were rumours a certain drummer might appear, although he was spotted in England over the last couple of days. Any special guests? I’m guessing there were.
Rob – Glass or metal depends on whether you’re an edge person or not. Metal makes much better edges. Either way, Gem’s right about not spreading it too thin – use pan size recommended on box.
