This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Cobble Hill, Park Slope, and Ditmas Park. How did they fare?
First up, a renovated Cobble Hill row house still has some period details like marble mantels, wide planked floorboards, and a newel post. This former Open House Pick was taken off the market this month.
Part of a particularly attractive stretch of houses in Park Slope, this late 19th century row house has an abundance of original woodwork, including wainscoting, mantels, and stair. This former House of the Day sold in July for the asking price of $3.95 million.
A brownstone in Cobble Hill is a two-family with a triplex above a garden rental. Details inside include a marble mantel and ceiling medallions. This former Open House Pick sold in July for $3.45 million, which was $100,000 over the asking price.
Finally, this early 20th century standalone is in the Ditmas Park Historic District. The single-family has two floors of bedroom space. This former Open House Pick sold in September for $1.76 million, which was $10,000 over the asking price.
