    We have a “one up-per” on our hands! If that’s actually true (I’m suspicious it isn’t much more than an attention grabbing exaggeration) you should seek medical help. It’s scientifically proven that sleeping 4 hours a night over a prolonged period (Sleep anorexia) can cause SERIOUS bodily harm.
