Dave, the person actually did just that. Found a retired builder there who pretty much has nothing to do all day since kids are grown and he’s retired so he looks after his properties. He was referred to from a friend of his who was doing a lot of investing and development in the area so that worked out. I just heard other horror stories about investing in places you’re not too familiar with and places where you don’t actually live in the area.
