can someone explain something to me? i like various websites about real estate and architecture and stuff, this is the only one i actually comment on, but that’s not the point. this website switched to registration only and it seems to have been a good thing, but curbed did it and that site is SO boring now. SO boring. the comments on that site were what made it. of course you had to wade thru a bunch of crap, but it was still decent.
what is the point of a blog where every single entry gets zero replies? i thought for sure curbed would eventually life the registration option.
I would add the Police, Led Zep,The Supremes,Tina Turner,Celine Dion,Simon and garfunkel, Dylan,
A few other notable individuals
Bob Marley
Miles Davis
Ray Charles
Bruce Springsteen
Chuck Berry
Bob Dylan
Marvin Gaye
Prince
Louis Armstrong
Ella Fitzgerald
Frank Sinatra
Mr. B took the snarky comments off the ROTD thread.
ENY – thanks for articulating those points!
did the MJ album with “sue me, jew me, kick me, kike me” ever get reissued in a censored form?

MJ didn’t have any money. He spent $20 million a year more than he made. I wonder how you can do that.
I guess I’d have to add Madonna.
ENY is correct, and most of the others were bands, not individuals. Only maybe Elvis, Stevie, Aretha & James Brown can really stand on their own.
