i would never move to newark. my ass would be kicked on day one.
like i said earlier.. our country is SO 3rd world, but violent too. where do non violent poor people live now? oh yeah no where unless they want to pay like 75 percent of their paycheck. suuuuuuuuuuucks
g10, at worst the banks end up owning them. They’re all financed. They can be rented also. Unlike the SOuth Bronx when they were owned by individual landlords, and no one wanted to rent hem (they were rentals in the first place).
“Because you would live thru it instead of reading it Stupid asshole!” Thanks for proving my point, What. In that you never disappoint. (My family lived through it and I through some of it- again, creds.)
“I don’t have to read anything I lived thru it! So that’s two questions not answered!” Hey, Mr. Brooklyn- did you actually live in the Bronx? Nope- didn’t think so. Classic What- can’t answer so ergo insult and back off. Now I’m taking my AK47 and going to sulk in my room.

“Specuvestor”
Good word.
“What if many of these developers do go under water, will they resort to horrible measures and burn those buildings down to get the insurance money?”
The moment of truth. Don’t put things past people when they’re desperate..
