yeah or if you live in downtown JC, you take the Path at Grove Street – took me about 35 mins door to door working up on 55th and madison.
The path is a pain in the a$$ though after 1am on Fridays and Saturday from the city….
You’d take the Pavonia/Newport Path to 34th Street. The ride is 15 minutes.

I used to live on Wayne Street and I loved it there and I was just taking a peek back into the old nabe.
Would you say places like Hamilton Park, Paulus Hook and Harisumus cove are all nice treelined blocks?
gemini…how does one commute from there to Midtown and how long does it take?
SWe’re moving our offices and although my commute will be slightly longer it will be easier. instead of that awful switch to the 4/5 down at Broadwat/Nassau/Fulton and then up to 42nd street + 3 block walk, we are moving to 55th between Park & Madison and I can just stay on the A and walk across the platform to an E and get offf at 53rd & FifthAvenue. I HATE THAT SWITCH TO THE 4/5.

The townhouse seems nice. Who knows though JC realtors do THE WORST listings. No info. Pics if you’re lucky. It’s very close to the park and that’s a nice nabe.
The second one, when you look at the map do the satellite view. I’m not sure what’s going on across the street from that and where the backyard should be looks as through the entire row had turned it into a parking lot? Dunno, weird.
