DIBS, other than potential clean/repair work in the tunnel, cabs would be flying thru tunnel that late in the night on weekdays. rush hr traffic ends around 7:30pm or so.
btw, the income tax you’ll be saving will offset the higher ppty tax. ppty is NOT crazy if you’re not in paulus hook section. expensive but not CRAZY
Very true- after 1 a.m. Friday it’s a pain (every half hour?) but, weekday commutes are a dream. Very reliable and frequent.
For the most part those areas are Gem. Like anywhere you have your “exceptions”.

Skeeve- it’s short for Skeevatz which is derived from the Italian word “schifo,” which means disgust.
