Biff, I used to work over at Waterside Plaza. My office hung right over the East River and I’d watch the helicopters take off and land. Friday’s from noon on was the busiest time.
No matter how much money I had I would never have a house in the Hamptons. Why deal with that traffic to & from and once you get there it’s full of obnoxious new yorkers and the restaurants are even worse.

Guys, I’m not an idiot. I know I can get something under $2k in Fort Greene. But at this point in my life, I’m not looking for the cheapest apt I can find. We want something decent without getting ripped off and that’s the amount we’ve budgeted to spend. We choose to live in Brooklyn because we prefer it to the other boroughs.

Generally, it’s “ahhs” like the aussies but the farmers version is “arrrrrrrssssssssss”
