gemini…it all depends how you’re having the pasta. You don’t have wild boar ragout with spaghetti and you don’t make pappardelle carbonara. Mama Mia!!!!!!!!

ok – my fav italian dish to make at home will always be pasta with butter and good quality parm reggiano with sea salt and cracked pepper!
