THL, weren’t 95% of the scenes in 80’s videos gratuitous? That is why they are so intriguing.
Speaking of gratuitous and intriguing, did anyone notice the videos shown on the right of the screen when clicking on the Gilbert and Sullivan version of Baby Got Back on YouTube? I have no idea what the connection is, but they were involving breast feeding 8 year-olds. Am I being too narrow minded by thinking this is disturbing?
Rob, She’s clearly not taking it seriously. It’s really not funny.
The NEXT time you see the dogs in the hallway off leash tell them that the next time you’ll have to go to building management.
Then instead of just calling the building manager. I’d write a nice letter to them stating that you have repeatdly asked them to leash the dogs, mention when (don’t mention the following to the bank) and CC the building management.
Your dog will DEFINITELY be blamed, god forbid your dog hurts the yapper. Good case scenario you’re stuck with vet bills worst case your dog gets put down for being vicious.
Protect yourself and your dog and document this! Don’t worry about hurt feelings and being nicey nice.
Thanks for being brave enough to admit to that faithful.
Biff- I think this video needs the same treatment that the Total Eclipse of the Heart video had. I love the gratuitous running down the street jumping and spinning with joy shot. The basketball playing scene where out of nowhere someone does a highkick is so classic early 80’s video.
OOOOOOOOOOOOOOH! you know how ive complained before about one of my upstairs neighbor who has 2 little yappy dogs that she lets run down the stairs and not on leashes!? one of them always lunges for my dog. my dog can snap that dog in half and i dont want a situation like that to go down. last week i opened my door only to have that dog turn around and come running almost into my apt flipping out my dog who is always leashed. anyway, i had had enough. so i followed her into the bank and was like can you please make sure your dog is leashed in the lobby cuz if a fight breaks out most likely my dog will be to blame (he’s a pitbull and all and you know how they are always an easy scapegoat). after i said this she kinda just laughed at me and rolled her eyes :-/ the worst part is she is probably going to tell her girlfriend or friend (whose dogs they belong to i believe) who is friends with my roommate in the building that i followed her into the bank and yelled at her. i really didnt yell, but looking back i took a pretty angry tone, something that i dont often do.
Yes rob…send them a letter and CC the building management.

Have to say rob’s comment at 9:42 was spot on. I feel the same way.

Tell your roommate before they do & suggest that you’re only trying to protect their little dogs.
THL, my favorite was Miguel. I’m an idiot…I threw away all my albums.
