I did think it was good that Mr B started to engage people in the comment threads yesterday, though. It’s good to see him explain his point of view more rather than always having to draw inferences, which can sometimes be wrong, from the initial posts.
It’s just unfortunate that he seems to have also seen fit to put someone in the penalty box for very little (whereas Randolph, ghettoazz etc etc are still here by the way).
Pending U.S. Home Resales Surge the Most Since 2001
June 2 (Bloomberg) — The number of Americans signing
contracts to buy previously owned homes climbed 6.7 percent in April, the fourth increase in five months and almost 14 times as much as forecast, as lower prices attracted buyers.
The gain in the index of signed purchase agreements, or
pending home resales, was the biggest in more than seven years and followed a 3.2 percent increase in March, the National Association of Realtors said today in Washington. The April reading was up 3.2 percent from the same month a year earlier.

Rob, feel free to grab your 99 cent store beach bucket and spade and come play in my sandbox.
You can leave the sand sifter behind here as there’s no b@ll Sh%t to sift out.
“we all play in Mr. B’s sandbox and on his dime”
Bxgrl;
It’s the complete opposite. Mr. B. makes his dime due to our patronage.
I do agree, however, that as the publisher it’s his right to control the site’s contents.
“His constant stream of uniformed and bitter yammering was making the site unbearable.”
He wore a uniform? Who knew there was a dress code for this site? 🙂
Snark, I love it when you drop in here. Don’t be a stranger!
“Gonna have to agree with you there. His constant stream of uniformed and bitter yammering was making the site unbearable.”

The What (Get me a Bat!)
Someday this war is gonna end…
I thought Rob might’ve been victim to cigarette withdrawal – he said he was going to try again over the weekend.
Just skimmed that thread and read Rob’s comments. He got sidelined for that???? Much worse has been spewed on this site. WTF?
Ok, back to work. Later my lovely PLUSAs 🙂
