New Development Planned for Franklin Avenue

DOB just approved permits for a new build at 304 Franklin Avenue, the very narrow lot right off Lafayette Ave. Plans for a development have been stop-and-go at this site since 2009. The latest permit approved is for a three story building with ground-floor commercial space and two floors of residential. The architect listed on previous plans was Caliendo Architects, although it is unclear whether or not they are still with the project. GMAP
