Emily, this picture is of 739. The garage at 731 was demolished a few months ago and they are excavating.
i agree with bkmond! you guys are nuts! i think it shows an interesting play of materials and it looks like the apartments will have plenty of light due to the windows design, unlike many brownstones that are just so dark.
i look forward to seeing it complete!
I walk my daughter to school down Dean and have watched the progression… I think that it’s an interesting blk/ few buildings. Nice to see something different and the juxtaposition of these few. It seems quality and not cookie cutter/ cheap.
