Very true Rob…if you plan to go to the gathering you owe it to people to get yourself checked out before then. You CANNOT go and breathe on people if there is a chance that you have the flu.
What’s amazing is how many people have been reprogrammed in the last few years that a nice home in a nice hood is INDEED $1M or more.
I would start directing potential home-buyers to Marine Park but that would just cause prices there to get out of control. Besides the prices there are already too high, just not when you compare it to the rest of Brooklyn

When looking for 500k or less homes several things came up in Marine Park…where the hell is that and how is that hood?
