omg in the times this week i died reading an article about the chick who was a contestant on one season of america’s next top model. anyway, she was one of my fave. contestants. kim, the lesb0, from nyc. anyway, they had an article featuring her in the times this weekend about her inheriting a rent stabalised 3 bedroom apartment on the UES from her parents that she only pays 2150 for!! and she just lives there by herself. her parents moved. she needs to learn to share! and the article about owners becoming renters was funny. apparently it is “no longer cool to own” im pretty sure was a direct quote :-/

yes you do but if you’re going to change ID, change it to something less hood-centric – ie what if you end up buying in cobble hill? another ID change?
