I hate “best of….” lists like this. the categories are obviously created with certain blocks in mind. the village voice always does that stuff too.
Bike laned streets aren’t scenic to me. Although the intersection of Dean and Bedford kind of is.

3rd Street is Park Slope?? Pray tell, which block? Good god man.
I think the stretch between Henry and Court between 1st and 4th places to be quite dreamy – same for the smith to Hoyt set but add some blocks north of 1st too – Veranda is great as is Grace Court.
Yes, 21 of the 50 best blocks in all of Brooklyn are definitely in Williamsburg / Greenpoint / Bushwick. riiiiight….
