Closing Bell: Real Estate Summit Happening Next Week

Next week on May 9th, it’s the Brooklyn Real Estate Summit. The Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce, TerraCRG and aptsandlofts.com are hosting the all-day, Brooklyn-based real estate conference, which will take place at the Brooklyn Academy of Music. It’ll feature keynote speaker Jed Walentas as well as a long list of heavy-hitting guests in the Brooklyn real estate scene. Panels will cover the retail activity in the borough, building with green materials, the hotel development boom, tenant buyouts, and the Brooklyn residential development pipeline.
