The Blue Smoke Cigar Lounge opens this Saturday night at 593 Washington Avenue, between Dean and Pacific streets. This Brooklynian post says that it will be a “bring your own” setup — that’s how cigar bars get around the city smoking regulations. There isn’t much commercial activity here on the northern end of Washington Avenue approaching Atlantic, but there are a few developments under construction so the area should see a lot more life soon.     of course, the right niche in nyc can be quite lucrative. close proximity to the stadium seems like a really great investment. post-game corporate types along with locals, all of which are prime heart attack candidates.

    not that i’ll be going, i’m still ecstatic that i don’t have to wash all my clothes and hair after going to a bar.
