Something I’ve wondered since moving to NYC is the DOH friend or foe? Business owners cited act as if the charges are all trumped up. The general public act as if they are friend until they are told they can’t bring their doggie into a grocery store, cafe, or restaurant in Park Slope. Then the DOH is a PITA they say.
As one poster already said “there is ALWAYS more on your plate than meets the eye?” I’ll add groceries to the list.
i’ve always liked this place and would still eat here. *shrug*.
That is so not good. i must admit i did like the food there in the early years ,they were on point then. but i have not been there in years , thank god . 🙁
I’m sooooo disappointed! UGH. This is gross! 🙁
When are you people who like to eat out ALL the time going to learn there is ALWAYS more on your plate than meets the eye?
I really didn’t need another reason not to go to this place – I don’t need 3 or 4 flatscreens at brunch (especially when they’re showing church services?). And the lack of basic cleaning practices isn’t exactly a surprise.
Not exactly a victim of the grading system… they were shut down ‘cuz they were gross. This would have happened without the prospect of an ‘A’ or ‘B’

Wonder if this had anything to do with BrooklynExposed’s recent blast: http://bk.ly/uQz
