It’s been two and a half years since the last time we took a reader survey. When we took the last survey the market was still in the throes of optimism; now, as we all know, the world’s a slightly different place. So while we gotta do this so that we can have some fresh data to give potential advertisers, it’ll also be interesting to see how the demographics and psychology of the readership has shifted. As always, we’ll share the data with you and, as always, we thank you for your participation. If you have five minutes, please take the survey here.
Mr. B;
How about adding an “income-o-meter” widget to the post? We can watch how it move around as people respond.
A quarter of a million dollars? I wish.
Rob, the “household income” section is just aspirational. Knock yourself out.
LOL i bet im the only one who cops to making less than less than 50K (much less) a year!
*rob*
“I think there are more of us here than you think. A lot more, and making a lot less.”
Well that’s comforting. I was somehow under the impression that almost everyone here claims to make in the mid-six figures working ‘in the arts.’
my household income is around 70k.
zing
“I wonder if I’m the only person on this site who will cop to an annual household income of less than $250,000.”
I think there are more of us here than you think. A lot more, and making a lot less.
How come our only choices of where we’d invest in real estate are in Brooklyn? I don’t have plans to move any time soon, but if I did, I’d be looking in Manhattan or the Bronx before I looked anywhere in Brooklyn. If I want Brooklyn I’ll stay in my current house.
I’d be interested in the answers to the question of how long you’ve lived in Brooklyn, and how long you’ve owned property in Brooklyn.
I wonder if I’m the only person on this site who will cop to an annual household income of less than $250,000.
Also done this morning.
I wish I had my survey from 2 years ago to compare.
