A summer pop-up has joined the growing list of shops open at Downtown Brooklyn mega-development City Point. Domino Media Group — publisher of home-decor magazine Domino — has decked out a 1,500-square-foot space at 445 Albee Square West with a mix of warm weather-themed items chosen by Domino editors.

The brightly hued shop opened to the public Friday and there are just two more weekends to scope out the goods before the pop-up disappears — June 9 to 11 and 16 to 18.

Longtime Brooklynite Maggie Gyllenhaal hosted a VIP party Thursday to kick off the shop. The event benefited the Prospect Park Alliance, which is celebrating the 150th anniversary of the park this year. Even if you didn’t get to go to the party you can still support the park — if you purchase a City Point Brooklyn tote bag ($25) at the shop, 100 percent of the proceeds will go to support the Alliance.

While not all of the merchandise is local, a fair number of Brooklyn businesses are represented, with condiments from Bushwick Kitchen, mugs from potters Recreation Center, candy from Salty Road Taffy and pet accessories from Found My Animal.

Books are Magic, which recently opened up in Cobble Hill, has a featured shelf, with some beach-friendly (and more serious) books.

There are also colorful striped soaps from Wary Meyers, the well-known husband-and-wife design team who relocated to Maine from Brooklyn more than a decade ago.
