How do we do it? Fifteen years of experience…a good feel for the market…the best technical support in the industry.
And I still don’t see any bubble bursting! Do you?
Don’t let anyone tell you it’s getting harder to get top dollar.

Corcoran is a glittzy, sucky place …
If an agent’s lips are moving, then they are lyin’
I made the original post about Jim Cornell. I don’t work with or for him — and while I like him — I wouldn’t consider us buddies in any way. I am just a happy client of his and have always found him to be a straight shooter. He is aggressive about finding properties for clients — and most importantly — he is able to get sales closed, which is a lot more than I can say for many of the RE agents in Park Slope.
In my experience, he is one of the best in the PS market and I have dealt with many over the past several years.
i know jim cornell also. he is honest and fair. anyone who may have had a bad experience with him must have been an ass themselves. what do people say about you? think about it next time before you speak negatively of someone else.
I am a Corcoran agent. Jim Cornell is a smart, hard-working broker. Corcoran is the top real estate firm in NYC. End of story.
As for the bubble watchers: If you say it over and over and over again, you’re bound to be right some day.
Thank you o thank you brownstoner for posting this. I agree with Sam’s comments completely. He screwed me over in a big way.
But he looks so sweet and honest in the above photo!
Self promotion does not equal good. My experiences with Jim Cornell as a buyer were poor at best. He withholds information from buyers and tries to block out co-brokers. I would be very very wary of this broker.
It’s so obvious it’s insulting. I would think twice about using this gentleman because of this. No shame, geez! If Corcoran is so great why resort to this?
