The Fort Greene coffee shop Tillie’s, which closed earlier this year after being in business for 14 years, is set to get a new tenant, according to the Local. One of the new owners, Dominic Tracy, who used to work in the music business in Australia, says he intends to completely renovate the space and will only offer take-out coffee and food after 5 p.m., so that the business won’t compete with Baguetteaboudit!, the cafe that’s opened in the rear of the building. Tracy, who is looking to open in the summer, has this to say to the Local about what he’s planning: “It won’t be corporate and it won’t be wanker.”

I forgot about bagguetteaboudit. And will hopefully continue to.
Baguetteaboudit! will be closed by the summer, so these guys will be able to offer whatever they want in the afternoon.
