Who’s the contractor? We’re looking for a good one for a project of ours.
“We’ll just add that to the list with small apartments, washing dishes by hand and kitchens attached to the living room.”
LOl, so noted !!!
Hey, when your right, your right.
But it would piss me off if I had a sign in front of all my windows, because some idiot measured incorrectly.
^^ haha ^^
“That would freaking piss me off.”

The wine appreciation class at R W & B is pretty good.
Is the sign covering part of the windows on the first floor???
That would freaking piss me off.
Red White & Bubbly is fine, but mostly a wine store – the booze selection is pretty small, and it’s a bit of a random selection. They have a few small batch bourbons and your Jim Beam, but no Jack Daniels, for example. The closest proper liquor stores are the one near the 5th ave Key Foods and the aforementioned glass-bubble one on 4th.
Also – even for those east of 4th (and particularly south of Union), this still makes a pretty convenient stop after taking the R train home from work. So overall the location definitely seems like a winner to me.

I passed this last night. Great for anyone who lives west of 4th avenue but if you’re already between 4th and 5th Red White and Bubbly would probably be your choice.
oh. hmmm actually that might be closer to me.. but they are a tad on the high end and they are always out of low end stock booze. i was hoping this place opening up would be of the bulletproof glass variety type liquor store. it’s not? 🙁
*rob*
For some reason, I like the bulletproof glass place on 4th between Dean and Bergen.
