We biked past this make-over at 365 Dean Street a couple of weeks ago. We couldn’t decide how we felt about it then and still can’t make up our minds. its just a big brown box with windows. if thats your thing, you will be drooling over this. a million bucks for this may be a “steal” or whatever, but sometimes I wonder. it feels like the emperor’s new clothes to me. I’m sure this is blasphemy, but there, I said it.
I really hope someone buys that lot next door and builds this
