Water is seeping into a reader’s house and the culprit is likely the ice-filled gutters. While the gutters need to be be replaced in the spring, the homeowner needs to figure out how to minimize the damage in the meantime. It doesn’t look like the ice will be melting any time soon. Is an ice melt cable the best option?
