A homeowner is hoping to refinance this year but realized there is a pending violation on the property. The sidewalk violation, likely the result of a neighbor’s tree, isn’t recent and multiple efforts to get it fixed through the city were fruitless. Could the outstanding issue have any impact on refinancing?
