A potential homeowner has an offer in on a property that is still under renovation and is wondering when to schedule a home inspection.
A potential homeowner has an offer in on a property that is still under renovation and is wondering when to schedule a home inspection. A contract has not been signed and quite a bit of work remains on the house. Should they build a contingency into the contract so that work can be inspected before signing and once the work is complete?
