A homeowner is concerned about the lead levels in their water and is thinking of replacing the water main. The likely culprits are the water main and service line, both lead. Although the lead levels are still somewhat low, with young children in the house they do not want to take any risks. What ballpark price range should they expect for such a project? Are there other options they should consider?
