From the Forum: Should a Newly Restored Brownstone Stoop Be Leaking?

Homeowners just finished a major stoop project and are concerned that every time it rains water seeps through the steps and side walls. They were very happy with the workmanship when it was completed but are now concerned that the leaking will quickly deteriorate the stoop. What solutions should the homeowner consider?
