New homeowners are facing their first renovation project and are trying to plan out how long the process might take.They will be living elsewhere while they tackle a gut renovation of a 1,400 square foot home. Should they plan on at least a year or more of work? For those who have finished a renovation, what do you wish you had known before you started?
