From the Forum: Keeping Air Conditioning Units Out of the Windows of a Restored Brownstone
Thinking ahead to the warm weather, homeowners are debating whether to allow renters to install air conditioning units. Their brownstone is newly restored and they would like to keep the front facade in good shape. So, while they will allow units in the windows facing the back they are looking for other options for the front. Should they consider windowless units?
