On March 12 at the Brooklyn Historical Society, first-time home buyers will get valuable education.
That’s when “What First-Time Home Buyers Need to Know: Brooklyn” will feature a panel of experts who will offer useful advice on which neighborhoods offer value, the benefits and drawbacks of renting vs. buying, options for financing, and more.
Attendees to the event, part of the Brownstoner Home Events series, will also gain valuable insight into mortgages, such as interest rates, financing a renovation, and what documents to provide a loan officer.
The latest financing tools and working with an architect will also be discussed.
Join us at the Brooklyn Historical Society on March 12 from 6 to 8 p.m. for beer, wine and light bites provided by Oaxaca Taqueria. Event sponsors include Emigrant Mortgage, Avenue Sotheby’s International Realty, Urban Pioneering Architecture, Volandes Law, and Castrads.
