Have you done any market research? The name thing is important. I don’t know much about Philly, so I have no idea of “brownstone” means anything there. You might want to try a focus group. Brand identity is great and all, but only if the market recognizes the brand. (For example, most people in the Midwest know what “red pop” is; I’d be surprised if lifelong East Coasters did.)
Now that the Brownstoner empire is growing, I’d also suggest Baltimore. There are stunning old redbricks in the Fells Point and Federal Hill areas, though I have no idea about blogging saturation.
