Although the RFP for a restaurant operator at Brooklyn Bridge Park’s Pier 6 was issued in November, Curbed has just dug up some fresh renderings of what the site could end up looking like. You can click here for the full RFP which outlines details of the 12-year lease, the build-out, operations, and maintenance of the facility. The deadline for proposals: January 25th. Knowing that the RFP calls for “ethnically diverse and/or healthy food” and allows for “respectful” alcohol consumption, what do you think would work here?

  1. yes, i used to play badminton and volleyball with the girls in high school gym class when the boys would play basketball. sorry, i couldnt be asked to play basketball

    *rob*

  2. Have you actually ever played any of those sports, rob????

I don’t care what’s there. I’m more concerned about the definition of “respectful” alcohol consumption.

  3. Those are sand volleyball courts. It describes them in the text of the RFP. I’m interested to hear whether rob is pro or anti sand volleyball.

Also there is a rooftop deck. Those are some sweet views…
