    You have manhattan money chasing Brownstone Brooklyn, what makes you think it needs to stay in line with the income of current residents or Brooklyn?

  4. Corley has very few listings and is doing mostly rentals now. Guess inventory is way down.

    That Decatur St. house is in a very good location. Bet it sold and hasn’t shown up on Acris yet.
