But even the most hardened free-marketeer must have raised his eyebrows at yesterday’s report of two elederly sisters being kicked out of the Cobble Hill townhouse where they grew up by their nephew, Joseph DeLeonibus. Adding another layer of intrigue was the listing for the Cheever Place property on Corcoran: “House is being offered for $999,999, without seeing it, without inspecting it, must close in 30 days, must be all cash and must take tenants in place.” Sounds a little desperate to us. There must be more to the story.

Now that what has happened to my husband is yesterday’s news, I’ve got something to say. To all the asses who made all the cold hearted remarks, get a life. People like you live off others heartache. You people have nothing to do? To all the family members who grew up with my husband and know what kind of person he really is screw all of you. It was all onesided. All you saw were two elders. These elders had their own family to take care of them. I don’t mean Lenny and Patty, the only thing they took care of was Aunt Jeans SS check. Cookie and Frankie wanted nothing to do with their mother. My husband got stuck with her. All they wanted was what she had in the bank. They both have houses with extra rooms. Is that why you put her in a nursing home. It just looked like Lenny was taking care of his mother. It was a roof over his head. He used to live in Prospect Park in the summer and on the trains in the winter. Who had it better then him. My husband put a roof over his head and he used his mothers money and Annie’s furniture. There is a God. I hope all of you get yours. I would never wish anyone harm in the past. Now I only wish you suffer as you made my husband suffer.
Linda Annie was not the kind hearted person you might of thought she was. She said very cruel things about everything and every one. She talked behind everybody’s back including you. I’m sure she said plenty about me. When all this happened with my husband, Katy told me Annie called me the bitch and it was because of me Joseph was doing this. Joe’s grandmother’s silver set, it should of been passed on to me and then my children. True? She gave it to KathyAnn. And Cookie made us know it. There are so many things I can say, but what’s the use.Enough is enough. My only concern is to get back my husbands good mental health. He will never be the same. When he had the breakdown, it was a terrable time for my family. Look a lot of things were said. Most of them in anger. I hope Mandi can realize it wasn’t what we wanted. All of you have a good life. ill tell you the truth what you and joe did or had to do is understandable…jean meant the world to us all and you know that…what im upset with is the FACT that all these people writing in saying they know this and they know that and there the neighbors and there friends when there all just a bunch o back stabbing sons a bitches…you also know that as well as i do….a story will start at one and and blow up by the time it got to the other…..my girlfriend called me late last night and told me what she did …..so i figured id come in tonight to see wht she wrote and when i saw the shit about larry and me and that i had vaccis baby…i just about flipped out….i callled pat and joe and i also emailed this to them, wheather they will reply to it or not i dont know…but it was a descrase to see that ….and to say to mandi that the reason she lived with jean for a while was because we couldnt pay the rent …dont they know my baby was in the hospital for 7 weeks …you noticed they didnt say nothing about where pete was cause he was with my mother..’outta sight outta mind’ that block will never change….i know that didnt come from the family either just to let you know that…it was someone on that scum of a block.
as far as that remark about mandi and her BOOBS,,,all i can say to that is at least hers are real…what is cookie jealous.katie has 2 winners in her court i dont have to sit her and hand out names but they know what they are…and you know who they are too.
and just to let the world know lenny is living in sheepheads bay in a hotle room….sto;e some guy cell phone and called the kids on it.so some things will never change..

This is Joseph’s wife Grace. I’v been reading this crap from day one. Everybody new the true story of Lenny. When I married into this family I was very young. I met all of my husbands cousins when I was just 17. Lenny and Anthony were like my brothers. When Anthony died I was sick. I only new Joe’s family. I was Joe’s wife, but I was always on the outside looking in. The last dime in my pocket I would of bet that in the end this would of happened to my husband. Linda, you know Joseph a long time. Can you honestly say he did what everybody is saying. Just the way your friend just defended you, I need to defend my husband. Joe was always there for his mother. She called, he jumped. She would tell him to do for this one and that one, he jumped. Katy, Cookie and Frankie were that part of the family that had to be watched. Before my father-in-law died he said to Joseph and I watch out for them. All the years with Lenny Inever thought he would do that to Joseph. My father-in-law layed in his bed and Lenny robbed the house. Annie would not listen to Joseph or her husband. Annie and Jean would sneek Lenny in the house. Joe and I never entended to sell the house. When Katy came into the picture everything changed. Right from the start she said “why should I pay rent” When my father-in-law died Annie lost his pension. Where do you think the money came from Joseph and I. Annie would not sell the house. We understood why. We had to something and fast. We refinanced our own home to pay for the house on Cheever Place. Jean always worried about Lenny. Joe found him and said I will fix upstairs for you, that would make Jean happy. That turned out to be a mistake Joseph and I always loved Aunt Jean she always made us feel welcomed and glad to see us. My mother-in-law never showed us that. My kids were never close to her either. She never has a nice word to say to them. When they went to kiss her hello, she would turn her head. So they stopped. Again Jean did love us. She would tell Annie to shut up. So Lenny moved in. Lenny would make Jean and Annie cash their SS checks and he would take it all. Joe and I paid for the house, it cost us $5000 to run that house. When Annie died thats when the shit hit the fan. Katy refused to pay rent from the beginning. We had to try to get her out of that house. She caused so mush trouble. If Lenny paid what he promised Joseph it would of helped. I new he would never pay, but my gullable husband, that I love, thought he still had the love of Lenny as he did as a kid. Lenny went as far as telling him,”you were born with a silver spoon in your mouth and I am going to make you choke on it”. I’m going to make sure you spend every dime you have on this house. Between Katy Cookie and Lenny the family my husband grew up with and loved, they stuck it up his ass. He was hurt, he never expected it. It put him into a deep depression and had a breakdown. Thank God a grandson was born that helped him. Linda, Mandi,Peter this had nothing to do with your Grandmother, we loved her. She was more of a mother to Joe then his own mother was. We wanted to give her what time she had left happy. She got caught in this because of her son Lenny. He would have no part of her moving with us. He would have no control over her check. As for the insurance policy, we asked our lawyer, we were told we had to give it to him. His name was on it. We knew what he would do with it. We had no choice. In the end he turned out to be the loving son, and my husband got the kick in the ass.
you people are the scum of the earth to say suc a thing about linda…..she tried like hell to hold that marriage together….your just jealouse….why dont you confront larry or joe…wait no ..as a mater of fact im going to get in touch with them….that blog only PROVES that that BLOCK will never change.you talk about things you dont even know……when her child went into the hospital for weeks did any of you or that family including the scum of the earth lenny go see that child?she had cancer you dumb asses she could of died….did any of you care…not likely ….linda spent day and night in the hospitalS….do you all know why she left lenny besides his fooling around with every whore he could including his wife….know the facts….he molested his daugther,thats why and she found out when she was pregnant with lacy….know your facts…to which lacy needed a blood transfusion you bunch of assholes and her mother and father were both compatable but he was affraid of needles the chicken shit.ive known linda since 1963…im her oldest friend you dont know me and i dont care …she told me EVERYTHING…neighbors,friends,nosy bodies..old biddies…family…so none of you have room to talk…you all have skeletons in your closets..she didnt want to hurt jean and tell her the reall reason…only anthony knew and understood.yes she had an affair …you can all run your lips about that but at least just waited till after she moved out of her husbands house…she got sick of his shit….no money…..and he was paid good money…yes his mother paid the rent , the electric,both mothers paid for the kids clothes because lenny wouldnt do it….ask denis…why do you think he dont bother anymore.why do you think linda went to school.she lived without gas the entire time she lived on cheever (peyton place)cause he wouldnt pay for it….he told his mother that he gave linda money to pay the bills and she spent it on avon and bingo…go figure….lets see …bowling…bars strip joints and girlfriends all came befor her and the kids…KNOW YOUR FACTS !
shes got more shit that is going on in her life that you could ever have and deals with it like a pro….so as for my oldest and dearest friend i applaud her….as for the rest of the shit she could care less…its not in her life anymore…and you people just keep on running and flapping your lips.
