But even the most hardened free-marketeer must have raised his eyebrows at yesterday’s report of two elederly sisters being kicked out of the Cobble Hill townhouse where they grew up by their nephew, Joseph DeLeonibus. Adding another layer of intrigue was the listing for the Cheever Place property on Corcoran: “House is being offered for $999,999, without seeing it, without inspecting it, must close in 30 days, must be all cash and must take tenants in place.” Sounds a little desperate to us. There must be more to the story.

Anybody else have anything else to say. Everybody worried about the house when it was up for sale. Cookie, Katy and the rest of the greedy Bolognas were all concerned about the money and what was left in the house. Where were they when the kitchen went in did they offer any money, no. When the new windows went in not a dime was offered. Did they pay the bills? No. They wanted no part of that, but when Joseph was left the house nobody liked that. Katy was the first one to bitch. Like she and her grubby family were entitled to anything. Greed doesn’t lie with Joseph. Greedy Cookie and Katy they can’t get theirs on their own they have to depend on someone else. Cookie robbed anything she could out of that house when Annie was in the hospital. I could go on and on.
A friend of mine told me about what you have been saying about Joseph and Gracie. You have no idea what your are talking about. Joe had no choice. Everybody in that house lived for free. How much could he do. Your father ruined everything he had a good thing and took advantage of it. Joseph and Gracie did nothing wrong to your grandmother, it was your father and his socalled wife. They blead her dry. They took all her money. Not Joseph, he offered her a place to live, your father made sure that would not happen. So think about it. Who is really the blame. Your father made her last years a horror. Ask all the neighbors. They know what really happened.
Mandi with an i. First of all it sounds like that was a threat, mabye I should report you. I’m a neighbor on Cheever Place. A lot of people are getting sick and tired of hearing your mouth. Your such a tough girl. Bring it on. You want to sling crap about Joey, now its my turn. He wanted to surprise your grandmother, he invited your family to his sons wedding. Jean went crazy. She didn’t want any of you there. She started yelling at Joseph and said every time you come to visit her it costs her money, money she has to borrow from Annie. Joseph said it was to late. How did that thoughtful act repay him. Lenny robbed the money Jean put in the envelop (by the way Carmine and Charles saw him do it)Then to top it all your youngest sister was all over the band, that Grace had to yell at her. The only thing that Annie and Joey did for Joseph and Grace was invest in that first business. Things happen. I don’t know where you got your information from, but they paid for it. The hate Lenny and Cookie have for Joseph they would say anything to make themselves look good to Annie. Do you want more? Your mother and father couldn’t even hold an apartment. Most of the time you lived Jean.More? Ask your mother about Larry Torres and Having Joe Vaccarino’s baby. So you see Mandi with an I , I do know plenty about your godforsaken family. Joseph was the only sane one in that family, and to bad Anthony died. Jean always said the wrong son died. Want much more. Keep it up.
to the guest who compared Joseph with cookie as being greedy. He sold that house because he had no choice. He had no intention of ever doing that. When Annie died and he took over they all decided not to pay any rent. He had to mortgage his own house to keep it up. When that money ran out that was it. He had to sell it. Nobody knows that Joseph offered Jean a place to live, his own house. Lenny wanted no part of that, because he wouldn’t have her check to live on. As far as Annie saying those things about her son, day after day Katy would poison her mind against him. Everybody forgot how Joseph was there for them all those years, not Cookie or Frankie and forget about Lenny. The only fault Joseph had was he didn’t have the courage to defend himself. Joseph has not been the same since his mother died. She was never on his side about anything. He had to live with the fact that his mother took everybody in her family over him. You seem to know the family, do you ever remember Joseph not being loving and caring to his mother. Katy and Cookie made sure they came first. Joseph greedy, never, those people lived in that house a year and a half free.The news made him out to be a horrible person. The horrible people lived in that house., not Jean she got caught up in that horror. In the end she was always on Lenny’s side as a mother should. Joseph never felt that type of love from his mother. It’s all very sad.
i m sorry to hear about ninny…i didnt know until i read this…and ill tell you you are right ..katie just loves to squeeze the life out of anyone….believe me i know.yes i was a part of this family and still was up until jean died that ended it for me.annie told me herself how ashamed she was of the things her son was doing to her but she had no choice.im not going to say cause its water under the bridge.
id like to know who katie is going to feed off of now cause her own kids dont want her.and their are no more old men around that i know of…her kids sucked her dry and a couple of grandkids screwd her good and its her own fault.
what really got me angry was when i first read these and the person who wrote in and said the two old ladies should be tied to the railroad tracks….thats a horrible thing to say.annie had a mouth and said what was on her mind and i loved her for it…..jean was the sensitive one,and katie is cold blooded….i always wondered why the rest of the family like frank and josie and all their kids never bothered with anybody…you can see why…..look at how all their kids grew up…cookie is greedy too along with joseph,frankie is a thief,lenny is a drug addict….you know i can say one thing ….thank god linda took her kids out of here id hate to think theyd be like that.
they always called jean and annie every month and annie got mad if they didnt call collect…lenny never paid a dime in child support either,but she had her mother and father to help her up there….i heard she bought a house and is married to a lovely man…GOOD FOR HER.as far as the rest …everything comes full circle!
to the guest this is for Joseph. What do you mean? Sorry to hear about Uncle Ninny. Hope he rests in peace And he will he is finally rid of Katy and her thiefing family. Thank God the carmarda family ran out of brothers.Katy would of moved on to the next brother. She ruined many a family. Uncle Taddo’s family, the Carmarda family, and her nephew Joseph and his family. They spoke about greed. The greed was with Kath and her daughter Cookie and Lenny. Nobody knows the true story.

you want to get down and dirty? you dont even know what trailer park trash is ….youv lived off people all your lives ….every one of you. your not a family….people like you dont have families that just have people there to see what you can get…gee lets see….uncle joey and aunt annie went on a ‘busniness venture’ and went bust …gee i wonder hows busniness it was…and when living on s.i. who paid the rent and fed ‘them’ and when they lived on cheever place who fed them and paid the rent….and when they bought their first house who gave them the money..who paid for all the big annversaries…..please give me a break.at least the one woman knew how to get out while she still had a life and raised her kids the ‘hard way’…did she hear from any of you….did you call or write her…did you keep any kind of contact NO…….the only ones she kept in touch with were the ones that counted……you have no idea what she knows and how many times annie called her crying trying to get jean to move to maine….she would of been better of with the people who really loved and cared for her besides annie and joey…..of course katie was screwed too …so it dont say much for them either……the only decent people in that family is charles and johnny…..why do you think they dont bother with any of you…their not stupid…they stood up to the plate when jean passed…because some stupid ass people gave lenny the ins policy !you knew hed do what he did….so its more their fault then anyone elses….if it was sent to maine things would of been taken care of! the roght way.

Mandi it seems to me you never changed, once a rag always a rag. I was told you looked like a tramp at your grandmothers wake. That came from a family member. You were all full of tats and boobs hanging out. So once a trailer park skank always a trailer park skank.
