That’s it for the Park Union, the condo building at 910 Union Street that launched early this year. Pricing for the one-, two-, and three-bedroom condos started at $795,000 and went past $2,000,000. According to a development rep, every two- and three-bedroom went at or above the asking price. Unit 7A, a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath, achieved the highest per-square-foot sale of the year, at $1,499, of new developments in Park Slope. The 1,428-square-foot pad was asking $2,100,000 and sold for $2,140,475. Here’s a look at the interiors when the building first launched. The condos were 70 percent spoken for by March.
