Open House Picks Six Months Later: Three Sell Below Ask

Good news for prospective buyers out there: Not everything sells at or over ask. Three out of the four properties below did sell, and one is in contract, so they are moving.

The discount on the PLG and Bed Stuy houses was pretty substantial($164,000 and $220,000). The Flatbush house, the least expensive of the bunch, went just under ask.

If the Bushwick house is in contract for the last ask, $999,000, that’s a hefty discount too.
