But this place at 225 Eastern Parkway is a big prewar pad and it’s also only a block from the Prospect Heights border (and the park). The current owners bought it for $861,439 back in 2006 and ended up doing a fairly serious renovation. We’re sure curious to see how the asking price of $1,249,000 fares. Any predictions?

I love the lobby and private garden of this building. Seems like a fair deal much, better than paying $1.2M for a condo at 825 Classon Ave, which is one block away.
