Each of our top listings from the past week is on the market for under $2 million. Two-bed, two-bath co-op in Brooklyn Heights, a standalone Victorian in West Midwood/Flatbush, or Windsor Terrace condo with private roof deck?

Which would you choose?

10. Last week’s No. 1 listing just barely ranks for a second week. It’s a 3,000-square-foot three-bed, three-bath house in Kingston, N.Y., which has been completely remodeled. It has includes an office, laundry room and side porch. The house’s main chimney and firebox, located between the kitchen and living room, were uncovered during the remodeling process. The home’s kitchen and bathrooms have been modernized, but it still retains a paneled staircase, door and window casings and other original details.

8. A lesson in the skillful blending of the old and new, this three-story brick Italianate at 279 Putnam Avenue in Bed Stuy may appeal to home hunters who like their old houses updated but not ransacked. Crisp white walls and dark floors set off two marble mantels and a streamlined, mostly white kitchen on the parlor floor. The latter pairs white subway tile with wood counters and stainless steel appliances.

7. This one’s on Hall Street not far from the BQE in Wallabout. A modest wood frame now covered in stucco, the two-story, two-family house has retained little historic detail inside or out. It’s set up as two floor-through apartments over a finished basement. The photos suggest the house is technically in move-in condition, but most buyers will probably want to update and upgrade.
