Our open house picks for this weekend are an eclectic bunch, including a pair of early-20th-century houses, one a Craftsman; a brick townhouse; and a Bed Stuy brownstone with original details. No fixer-uppers here — three are newly or recently renovated, and the fourth looks to be in move-in shape as well. They’re found in Windsor Terrace, Bed Stuy and Fort Hamilton.

On Windsor Place in the heart of Windsor Terrace, we’ve got an early-20th-century Craftsman set up as a one-family. Original details include parquet floors, natural woodwork, stained glass, a leaded-glass cabinet, an antique mirror in the entryway, and an original lighting fixture in the living room. It’s got three bedrooms (and a windowless office) on the top floor, including one in a rear extension with three exposures. Condition looks good, though the kitchen could use an update.

One Decatur Street in Bed Stuy we find a flip with a good deal of original detail, including mantels, wainscoting, crown moldings, tin ceilings, and banister with newel post. The listing is short on details, but it’s a three-story with four bedrooms that looks to be set up as a single unit.

Moving south to Fort Hamilton, we land on a renovated early-20th-century house with some charming details,  including an original fireplace mantel. It’s got a large eat-in kitchen, three bedrooms on the top floor, and a finished English basement with tin ceilings, a full bath and a private entrance. Semi-detached, with a private driveway, the house was fully renovated a few years ago with new boiler, windows and roof.

We loop back to Bed Stuy for the last one, a small two-family brick townhouse on Dewey Place. The listing offers no photos save for an exterior shot, but asserts that the house has been renovated. It’s got a lower two-bedroom duplex with a one-bedroom rental above.
