Sprawling across more than half a block on North 10th and Union, the building under construction at 250 North 10th Street is one of the biggest going up in Williamsburg right now. A panoramic camera would be handy to capture the full scope and breadth of this huge project. A large crew, which seemed very busy when we stopped by, is just starting to put the exterior on one half of the building; the other half is just starting to rise. Developed by LCOR, the complex is slated to have 234 rentals consisting of studios, one- and two-bedrooms, as well as the usual parking garage, roof terrace, courtyard and lounge. The designers are SLCE Architects; see the rendering here. We like the colored panels a lot, especially now that we have seen them in person. In our opinion, this is one of the most attractive buildings going up in the area. What do you think?
