Williamsburg rental 55 Hope Street began leasing in September, and it’s filled quickly since then. A broker reports that the building is now 80 percent rented and they received approval for their certificate of occupancy before the holidays. The 117 rentals include studios, one-bedrooms, one-bedrooms with offices, two-bedrooms and duplex units. The prices showing on Streeteasy range from $2,800 for a studio to $4,450 for a two-bedroom. Listings boasted “wide plank oak floors, eight-foot solid core doors, white glass counter tops, imported Italian chef’s kitchens with stainless steel appliances, Kohler fixtures and spa-like bathrooms with soaking tubs” as well as a virtual doorman, rooftop patio and a fitness center.
