The Wallace Is Opening Soon at 919 Fulton Street

Signage is up at 919 Fulton Street, the restaurant to be opened by the former Buttermilk Channel sous chef. The name has changed from 919 Soule to The Wallace. There’s a website up but it only says the restaurant will “be opening soon.” (The initial opening date was May 1st.) The menu will focus on local and seasonal fare, like seared duck breast and hanger steak.
