  1. Yeah, the converted spaces aren’t too bad and its reflected in the $1.2m ask. Unlike that crazy Bergen st subterranean duplex condo that was asking $2.8m last week.

  2. that’s a 3BR as far as I’m concerned. all areas need to work for a family looking to stay in this great neighborhood. I’d invest into making those spaces functional as bedrooms and pressing all other areas into storage service, classy like Cali Closets.
