It’s pretty cool that you get to face the Atlantic Yards construction for two years. Have fun never sleeping in. What would the rent be without the construction? $5k?
Apt 4 leads me to believe its 3 flights up? In which case, $4500 seems aggressive. I remember wanting to go see these when they sold in 2008-2009.
Right. Which is why there was a flurry of sales in great apartments along that block last year. Disaster area.
