Let’s see if they’ll accept a Black resident. Hasidic Jews practice housing discrimination every chance they get. They won’t allow Black tenants or buyers to live among them (they do allow Mexicans though). If they rent or sell to Black people it’s only in a Black neighborhood. And the unit is usually poorly constructed. Even the projects where Jews live are segregatex
This is not in Windsor Terrace. This is in Kensington although some realtors are trying to convince the newcomers otherwise, and that rent is absolutely absurd. You have to cross the traffic circle into Windsor Terrace to get to the stores and train or you could walk down the block to the gas stations and dunkin donuts if that’s your cup of tea.
That’s a lotta money to live in Windsor Terrace.
Amenities at this location are pretty dismal. Only worth it if all you do is sit on your balcony and stare at the park.
